I’m not a professional — just someone who cares deeply about the little ways we take care of ourselves. Our whole lives, whether we realize it or not, we try our best to find the “right” way to do life. I don’t know if anyone has ever figured it out or if there actually even is a “right” way to go about living, but what I do know is that every day we evolve, grow, and learn. So here, on this blog, I am going to share with you all the ways I’ve evolved, the ways I’ve grown, and the things I’ve learned in what I believe are the three main pillars of health: financial health, physical health, and mental health.
